MCQC is a two part software package, there is is the Freeware MCQ Player which simple plays quiz files created with the MCQ Editor (Trial ware). The player allows 3 different modes of play and is fully adaptable in all areas of its display. The MCQ Editor program provides a WISWIG view of the quiz file so that you can see what the quiz will look like whilst you are creating it.

The Numbers Game - (Countdown)

This game emulates the UK Chanel 4 Countdown (TV show) numbers game whereby you can choose 6 numbers to be used by the contestants to make the number that is randomly generated by the program within the time limit. When the timer is finished the program displays the option to find as many solutions as it can. There is also a validate function which allows you to test out your answers to finding the target prior to getting the program to search for solutions.

Ten Quick Questions Pro

Ten Quick Questions Pro allows the practice of specific mathematical topics all of which have sub categories of various difficulty. You choose a topic and the program generates 10 random questions on this topic. The questions can be displayed on a timer basis or individually. When finished the program offers you the option to display the answers to the 10 questions however you can also choose to display the answer to the current question at any time.

Word Search Creator Pro allows you to quickly and easily create word search documents in MS Word for editing and printing. Type in the words that you want to be included in the word search, select the size of the grid and pattern to use and enter a title for the word search. Generate the Word search and export to MSWord or save for editing later.

Crossword Creator Pro allows you to quickly and easily create Crossword documents in MS Word for editing and printing. Type in the words that you want and (optionally) a clue for each one, select the size of the grid to use and display settings, enter a title/topic for the crossword. Generate the Crossword and export to MSWord or save for editing later.

Comment Bank - Report Writer

This is a simple Add-in for MS Word, MS Excel and MS Access97/2000/2003.
When installed the application creates a Toolbar to launch the Comment Bank interface.
The interface allows you to create standard statements or comments and group them into specific sections for easy (one click) retrieval when writing a report. Create separate database comments for individual year groups or classes.

Pair Them Up

Pair Them Up software allows you to create your own 'Pairs' games (concentration game). There are 24 cards displayed (12 pairs) which hide the questions you design unless you specify otherwise. The program loads questions as bitmap files i.e. when you design your own questions you use the built in function to create a new empty bmp file which is divided into 2 x 12 empty rectangles.

Matchstick Mania

Matchstick Mania is a piece of software to play and design your own Matchstick Puzzles. The software runs full screen at all resolutions although larger matchstick puzzles will be difficult to see on screen resolutions of 600 x 800. There are currently 24 puzzles to choose from however you can add your own and even delete any of the 24 current ones if you don't like them!

Coordinate Pictures

Coordinate Pictures helps you create worksheets of coordinates which when plotted and joined up create a picture. Decide which axis you want to use,import a picture move it to the desired place on the graph, lock it in place. Trace around it by clicking your mouse from point to point. The software will automatically create the straight edge outline as you go and you can start a new line whenever you want. Save your coordinates for each line and export to MS Word.
