This request form is for institutes that already have a site license for a CSFsoftware product and need the license details to be changed. Due to demand, a handling charge of £20 has been placed on this service. An invoice will be sent if you request this service. If you have more than one product please select 'multiple products' and only one payment will be required. This service will remain free to single user license holders.
